choosing the rice breakfast foods for weight loss can be challenging because most commercial breakfast foods are loaded with sugar and calories and you may not be a big fan of eating leftovers for breakfast so you're left with a very few options luckily today I'm going to share with you the perfect list for breakfast foods these foods will shock and excite your taste buds give you energy and keep you full all day long when you eat these Foods consistently you will notice that the number on the scale will keep dropping you'll be healthier and that you'll have more energy let's Dive Right In first I'll share the list of foods then share the meals that you can make with these Foods and the fast food is Greek yogurt Greek yogurt is the best type of yogurt you can ever take because it has more protein than regular yogurts and it is it is also lower in calories but it is also more expensive so if you can't afford this simply go for plain yogurts plain yogurt also has protein and probiotics which are essential for keeping your gut healthy and when you have a healthy gut you lose belly fat faster you lose weight faster so take advantage of either plain or Greek yogurts the number two we have berries berries are the perfect fruit for weight loss because they are sweet they are low in calories they contain fiber and they also have antioxidants which are good for fighting inflammation and preventing chronic diseases so eats raspberries blueberries blackberries wild berries or strawberries the number three we have eggs eggs are perfect for breakfast because they'll keep you full for long research has shown that when people eat eggs for breakfast they lose weight faster and they also consume fewer calories later in the day so take advantage of eggs the best way to eat them is to eat whole boiled eggs instead of frying them because every time you fry Foods you add calories to them because of the oil now I know some people are worried about eggs and the cholesterol but Recent research shows that eggs don't raise your cholesterol levels but I would advise you do a test yourself you can go get your cholesterol levels tested and then eat eggs for breakfast for like two weeks then go check again and see if your levels have gone up if they have stop eating eggs if they haven't why not take advantage of this amazing food that is going to fill your stomach up give you lots of nutrients and the protein then number four we have nuts nuts will give you healthy fats they'll give you protein they'll give you potassium and magnesium as well and they are perfect for weight loss so take advantage of nuts but keep in mind that they are high in calories these are fats so each them in moderation the number five we have oatmeal you can eat steel Cuts oats or rolled oats just make sure that when you're buying they don't have added sugar because that is going to lead to excess calories with your oats you can mix them with water or milk oats will give you fiber soluble fiber which is going to help in terms of regulating your glucose blood glucose and also managing your cholesterol levels then number six we have sweets potatoes potatoes sweet potatoes are sweets they are also rich in fiber and rich in nutrients a vitamin A and other nutrients so take advantage of sweet potatoes boil them or even bake them then number seven we have avocado avocado is a healthy fat that you can eat with other meals it will fill your stomach up one of the most filling foods but because it's a fat you need to eat in moderation then the other food here we have number eight is protein powder now if you're someone who doesn't want to eat a sugary breakfast or leftover meals you might want to invest in protein powder and make sure you choose protein powder that doesn't have added sugar that has a zero sugar that way you'll avoid excess calories some people have a negative perception about protein powder but it is healthy when taken in moderation so use it because it's going to fill your stomach up the number nine we have smoothies the right smoothies can help you lose weight but when you don't make smoothies the right way they may lead to weight gain it all depends on the ingredients that you use so now we are going to go through the meals and see the meals that you can make with some of these Foods so we're going to start with Greek yogurt so with the Greek yogurt uh another food that I forgot to add here is chia seeds number 10 okay now let's look at the foods so the fast food here is Greek yogurt Greek yogurt you can take it with Chia seeds and an apple that would be a complete meal then with berries I hope I'll remember these Foods here with the berries berries you can mix them let's say with oatmeal oatmeal you can mix it with milk just minimal milk and a little bit of nuts and you have a complete meal there with eggs eggs you can mix them with sweet potatoes avocado and maybe something like coffee then with nuts have we already included nuts yes we've included nuts so here we'll have a protein powder foreign powder you can simply take it with berries what else you can take with berries and maybe something like a banana and that's enough then we've already included oats right oatmeal yes also sweet potatoes chia seeds so what else yeah actually that's it those are some of the meals that you can use to your advantage with these meals if you alternate them throughout the week these are meals you can eat for a whole year considering that sometimes you might eat leftover meals sometimes you may not you may eat a breakfast that is not very healthy so with these four meals just take a keen look at them and see also how you can improvise with the foods that I've already shared with you because when it comes to healthy eating you don't have to stick to what I tell you to do or what any other experts tells you to do as long as you're following the right concepts of eating foods that contain protein foods that contain fiber and the foods that will give you energy and help you stay full you can choose whichever Foods fit your preferences so use the list that I've just shared with you to make your
